Job Description:
- Responsible in increasing the company’s revenues by acquiring, retaining and reactivating VIP Players.
- Analysing the VIP journey, identifying key touch points in the customer's interaction with the site to optimize customer activation & retention.
- Increase and retain the VIP customer base by identifying and executing new initiatives and technology, products, promotions and rewards programs
- Monitor competitor activity and realign initiatives to ensure a strong position in market.
- Implement, communicate and review corporate marketing communication to various VIP segments to ensure accuracy of information and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Â
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with VIP customers, and to identify and execute opportunities for customer acquisition and retention, with a view towards maximising profitability and growth of the company
- Works across all teams within the VIP Department to identify challenges and to ensure that they are aware of all outputs, results and recommendations
- Acts as the first point of contact for all departmental VIP inquiries
The Successful Candidate:
- 5+ years of VIP Manager Gaming experience with 4+ years as Manager or Department headÂ
- Proven marketing and sales skills (online and offline)
- Needs to have European market iGaming experience
- Strong background as VIP manager
- Ability to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical language
- Superb research skills and proven leadership skills
- Cultural awareness to support international teams and ability to keep up with technologies and networking trends
- Preferably European national
- Managerial experience
