The Marketing and Promotions Manager will have the responsibility of delivering the promotions and retention offers across all brands and territories.

The role will require collaborating with several teams across the business, including Operations, Product, Tech and Support to ensure the effective launch of our promotional content to support the current brands and upcoming promotions.

As Marketing and Promotions Manager you will be responsible for driving the promotional calendar including manual crediting of promotions, welcome offer, offline offers, rebate, bonus, free spins, free bets and coordination of procurement.

You will also build and come up with creative new ideas for promotions following by planning, communicating, executing and evaluating them together with BA/BI team.

Job Description

  • Responsible for creating and executing of global promotions and player engagement calendar our brands in Myanmar and Thailand.
  • Collaborate with the BA & BI team, analyze promotional mechanics to ensure effective use of budget and overall performance.
  • Regular reporting to internal stakeholders on the success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.
  • Responsible for delivering promotional campaigns and driving customer experience across all channels working with various business stakeholders
  • Be responsible for the crediting of bonuses, welcome offer, free spins/bets etc.
  • Coordinate all player related activities with different internal stakeholders such as: product, CS, procurement, BA/BI etc. to assure smooth operations

The Successful Candidate

  • 2+ years of iGaming experience in similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in a promotion/retention/marketing campaigns
  • Experience and skills in working with multiple departments
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good presentation skills and creative mindset
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Experience in creating briefs for promotion and manage website promotions
  • Plus if with acquisition background
  • No special market experience is needed
