We are currently looking for a Head of Acquisition which shall function as the overall leader for the ‘conversion’ metric.Â
Job Description:
- Analyze and improve AFFILIATION PROCESSES AND PARTNERSHIP, guiding the Affiliation Manager to optimize revenue and conversion through this channel.Â
- Proactively seek for innovative ways to GROW our ORGANIC channels through digital media, SEO and other similar sources.
- Constantly review the CONVERSION FUNNEL and recommend improvement points to the CCO ; report the impact of relevant projects and lead the adjustment of strategies based on quantitative data.Â
- Be the champion for initiatives that make new player journey faster, better and more engaging.
- Provide strategic direction to the Telesales Manager by studying opportunities on connection, bonus effectiveness, conversion and player profiling.Â
- Drive the GROWTH of all the brands and markets we are in by pushing for traffic/referrals, FTD, strategic source/partnerships
- Be the strongest voice in advocating for process automation, cost-benefit analysis of all acquisition channels and creative conversion campaigns.Â
The Successful Candidate:
- Have at least 10 years of senior leadership experience, 5 years of which should preferably be within the online gaming space.Â
- Someone with in-depth knowledge and expertise on Affiliation, SEO, Telesales and emerging tools and platforms that drives traffic.Â
- Exposure to the Asian market an advantage
- AnalyticÂ
- Proven skills and experience in charting yearly strategy on growth
- Excellent leadership skills
- Willing to relocate to ManilaÂ
- The Head Of Acquisition must be familiar with varied, inter-related metrics that are critical to the success of the role:
- ON TELESALES: efficiency, utilization, conversion, player profiling
- ON AFFILIATION: CPA, Profitability, conversion, lifetime player value, basic fraud metrics/trends, deposit value trends, cross-selling
- ON SEO/DIGITAL MEDIA: conversion funnel, traffic source, lifetime player value, click rates, etc.
