About the Hiring Company:

We are a start-up internet gaming company that is registered in the British Virgin Islands. We have over 40 products that we will launch in three markets namely India, Thailand, and Indonesia. We aim to compete with Tier 1 competitors and be a benchmark in the industry in 5 years.

iGaming consultancy is an extra layer of added service value built on top of our company's main product -- an international payment gateway. It offers hand-by-hand guidance to merchants who want to succeed in the SEA market, saving time and money, and reducing their TTM (time to market). It can act as end-to-end consultancy when we offer a one-stop solution, from evaluation to business\marketing plan + payments. It can be used for 3rd party evaluation of any merchant aspect of the business where they have problems, from CS to affiliate marketing. 

Consultancy consists of local Asian specialists with prior market management experience from locally established SEA iGaming brands, who can give 360-degree guidance on merchant business. From website competitive analysis to introduction to best API game providers for the market, consultancy tries to cover most, if not all, aspects of merchant infrastructure needed to secure a position in the market. 

Job Description:

  • Enhance our iGaming consultant team to better facilitate discussions with interested foreign iGaming merchants from our portfolio as well as merchants who are not our merchants;
  • Monitor and control the execution of research and guidance our local market consultants do for the interested merchants, currently a team of 6; 
  • Proactively and reactively work with the team of key account managers and sales to maintain and push agenda with interested merchants.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 6+ years of experience in iGaming B2C\B2B;
  • Strong B2B and B2C understanding of gambling and sports betting business specifics and requirements;
  • Team player who can independently formulate and manage projects in a dynamic multi-task work environment;
  • Sales, Business Development experience;
  • Experienced in managing external merchants and partners;
  • Strong ability to build business cases & financial models;
  • Strong communication skills (good representative English);
  • Payment business knowledge is a plus.
