About the Hiring Company:

We are B2B news publisher and conference organizer for the Asian gaming industry. Our audience consists of casino executives and management, both land-based and online, sports betting and wagering operators, regulators, and other industry professionals. 


We are seeking for an enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Manager. The ideal candidate would be an experienced sales manager with some knowledge of the gaming industry. The manager should enjoy working with a team, remotely and locally, and being involved in all aspects of the sales process; should be self-motivated, and have a customer-oriented attitude. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting/ sourcing new clients for advertising and sponsorship;
  • Managing current accounts, contract requirements, and renewals;
  • Actively communicating with prospects about upcoming products/ projects;
  • Arranging meetings with local clients (face to face when applicable);
  • Updating account interaction via CRM system;
  • Occasionally represent at industry events and trade shows;
  • Developing promotional sales copy and proposals;
  • Preparing performance reports for clients;
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report on status to management. 

The Successful Candidate: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales (preferably in iGaming
  • Previous exposure to the gaming industry (Online or Land based)
  • Able to work independently and in a remote team environment;
  • Keen to develop your industry network;
  • Deadline-oriented, workflow flexible, keen to pitch;
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English, native or highly proficient (plus if also fluent in other Asian language)

Contract: Full-time OR Part-time
Business Hours: 
Monday to Friday, flexible coverage of major events
Starting date: 
September 2022
Remuneration:
 Attractive base salary plus commission scheme; additional target incentives and other benefits for the right candidate
Leave & Personal Days:
 22 working days, plus Macau holidays
