About the Hiring Company:

We are presently seeking a Head of Sales for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to join our team. The primary responsibilities for this role include selling our products to various B2B clients within the FinTech markets of APAC, as well as facilitating onboarding and providing ongoing support to clients.

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our sales operations and driving the company's revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners. Your leadership will ensure that the company continues to meet the evolving needs of merchants and maintains its competitive edge in the payments industry.

The main target will be sourcing the regional and international merchants and selling both regional and international payment solutions to them for their expansion both within the APAC region and outside of it.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and expand the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Ensure a high level of service and support to clients, resolving issues swiftly and maintaining trust.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to make informed decisions and report on sales performance and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our solutions and expand our presence.

The Successful Candidate

  • Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in APAC;
  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the fintech, online payments, or similar industry
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Forex, Binary Option or iGaming industry
  • 5+ years experience in the payment industry
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Great organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
  • Strong network among High Risk merchants in the region
  • English and plus if local Asian language
