Performing business workshop, requirements analysis in accordance to the project/system together with the Project Manager and stakeholders involved in that certain project. Â This includes functional and integration requirements if there would be 2 or more systems involved.
Business Requirements Document Creation: System and process flows.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and requirements and developing optimization strategies that will be beneficial to the project.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Consulting SME’s to recommend a better solution designing a certain requirement.
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the project team.
Creating test cases in preparation for the project testing.
Test the system based on the functional requirements.
Conduct and secure UAT and Postproduction testing/sign off.
Qualifications:
With background knowledge for Application Development/Support.
A minimum of years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance testing or any related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
With background knowledge for IT Application Development/Support and IT Security.
Workflow and process creation.
Strong documentation skills.
Experience in a hotel and casino environment would be a great advantage.
Background for IT Software Development Cycle and IT Security.
