We're seeking an individual who embodies confidence and charisma, capable of establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with our key customers. Your role will entail fostering trust through consistent professionalism and integrity while engaging in constructive, goal-oriented conversations with stakeholders. Frequent face-to-face meetings are an integral part of this role, all aimed towards driving revenue growth for the business.

Job Description:

  • Foster and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key customers by serving as their primary point of contact with the company.
  • Effectively represent and upsell the full suite of the company's products, leveraging a deep-rooted understanding of the industry.
  • Utilize data analytics to forecast and scrutinize Key Performance Indicators, enabling tailored promotional incentives and growth strategies.
  • Promptly resolve day-to-day inquiries, skillfully navigate commercial discussions, and handle critical escalations to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

The Successful Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of account management experience in e-commerce, preferably in the online gaming space.
  • Must be an Indonesian National
  • A good understanding of the online gaming landscape, competitors, trends, and market intelligence.
  • Strong network within the industry will be very highly desired.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills.
  • A self-starter personality, possessing the aptitude to be independent and resourceful.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to travel and build relationships with key customers.
  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • Can work HYBRID either from Singapore or Taiwan OR  can work REMOTELY from Indonesia or Manila
  • Work visa will be provided for all locations except Manila
