We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project management efforts, manage sprint planning meetings, and act as an Account Manager for our clients. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while also ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Job Description:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation efforts
- Create and maintain project plans, status reports and project documentation
- Manage the sprint planning meetings and work closely with the Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of features and functionality
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional account management services
- Build and maintain strong client relationship by understanding their goals, needs and expectations
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful project completion
- Help to escalate follow ups and push for answers to help get things done
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team collaboration and communication
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or Certification in Project Management like PMP, CSM or equivalentÂ
- Malaysian nationalÂ
- Fluent in English
- Â Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and Account Management
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering successful outcomes
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and managing sprint planning meetings
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in software development project management
